We Filipino love our dried fish. For us it's part of our life. Been living abroad for quite a while now and I can say I missed it even more since here in Bosnia you almost cannot find them. So I decided why not make my own tuyo since the fish are available too. Here I am showing you the way how I make my very own dried fish. When I was growing up my mama and grandma would always make dried fish specially when the fish is on season. We lived right next to the seaside so for us its almost like part of our daily life. Unfortunately my husband cannot take the strong smell of the fish. He hates it, but he doesn't forbid me from cooking or eating it.
