Thank you! __________________ PUMPKIN CHILI 1 red onion, diced 1 yellow bell pepper, diced 1 red bell pepper, diced 2-3 cloves garlic, minced 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained 2 tsp chili powder 2 tsp cumin 1 tsp smoked paprika 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 15oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes, do not drain 1 can great northern beans, rinsed and drained 1 can pumpkin puree 1 tbs tomato paste 1 cup chicken broth (add extra if you want a more broth-like consistency) 4 pre-cooked jalapeño cheddar sausages Add everything except sausage to crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Stir in sausage, cut into pieces, to warm through before serving. __________________ 🍸 VELVET HOUR COCKTAIL An elegant espresso martini meets your favorite chocolate peanut butter cup. Ingredients 1.5 oz Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey 1 oz coffee liqueur (Patrón XO Café or Kahlúa) 0.5 oz clear crème de cacao 1 oz fresh espresso or cold brew concentrate Optional: 0.25 oz cream or half & half for a soft, velvety texture Ice Method Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice for 15–20 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a fun-size peanut butter cup. ____________________ 🍸 AUTUMN AFFAIR COCKTAIL An elegant twist on the apple cider margarita — warm, buttery, and quietly sophisticated. Ingredients 1.5 oz Reposado tequila 1 oz fresh apple cider 0.75 oz fresh lime juice 0.5 oz triple sec 0.5 oz clarified brown butter sage syrup Optional: a pinch of flaky sea salt Instructions Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled. Strain into glass Garnish with a single sage leaf Clarified Brown Butter Sage Syru (Makes about ¾ cup) 2 tbsp unsalted butter ½ cup sugar ½ cup water 3–4 fresh sage leaves Method: In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until golden and nutty. Add water, sugar, and sage leaves. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture just simmers. Remove from heat, cool slightly, and strain through a fine sieve. Refrigerate until fully chilled — the butter fat will solidify on top. Lift off the hardened fat and strain once more for a clear, aromatic syrup.
