It’s perfect for parties, date nights, or when you're just craving something fire. Ingredients For the Brownies: • Unsalted butter 7 tbsp (100 g) • Dark chocolate 7 oz (200 g) • Brown sugar ⅓ cup (75 g) • White sugar ¼ cup (50 g) • Unsweetened cocoa powder ⅔ cup (70 g) • All-purpose flour ¾ cup (90 g) • Large eggs 3 • Instant coffee 1 tsp (or 1 packet – about 5 g) • Salt ¼ tsp • Olive oil 3 tbsp (50 g) • Vanilla extract ½ tsp • Plain yogurt 3 tbsp (40g) For the Salted Caramel: • Sugar ¾ cup (150 g) • Heavy cream ⅔ cup (150 ml) • Unsalted butter 2 tbsp (30 g) • Salt ¼ tsp Step-by-Step Instructions 1.
