Freediving - Wave 1 Molchanovs course certification dives!
Here, after 6 months break between the theoretical part of the course (due to the plague and a long streak of bad weather) I complete the Molchanovs Wave 1 certification dives. It started off with lots of mistakes but ended up with good technique (for a newbie) The video doesn't show it but at some point, I was adding weights and dropped my weight below to the seafloor. :) - the instructor's apprentice had to get it for me - 11.5 meter dive with no weights of his own - impressive Mask - Cressi minima Fins - Seak Motus (with plastic blades) Diving suite - Apnea Legend Weights - 8 KG (16 pounds)
