Relaxing ASMR Painting: Watch as I experiment with painting the Aurora Borealis over a meadow with birch trees. A quick whisper to start, then no talking, just soothing sounds of painting a magical landscape. Perfect for background ambience while studying or sleeping. I was inspired by Bob Ross’s method of painting the northern lights and wanted to give it a try. Because I work in acrylic paint, the process doesn’t translate exactly. I had to try a few different methods before I found one that gave the look I wanted with my brushes and paint. I am considering trying to work my way into adding some whispered/softspoken comments along the way. It will probably take me some practice since I get to focused on painting I will probably forget to speak sometimes, let me know how you would feel about occasional soft speaking or whispering in these videos. -- Enjoy the painting session with headphones to hear the palette knife sounds and brushstrokes on canvas. It’s a calming, sometimes tingling sensation people may experience in response to gentle stimuli, like soft sounds, whispering, or repetitive actions. Whether or not you experience ASMR in any specific way, these types of videos provide an opportunity to unwind, relieve stress, and experience a calming presence. I create mostly no talking ASMR art videos with the goal of enjoyable sound quality and an unintentional ASMR feel. I want these ASMR videos to offer a comfortable, relaxing, and soothing experience, with a genuine, natural style. As I’m recording, I mostly set up the camera and audio recording gear, forget about them, and get into the drawing and painting. Each video I make has subtle variations that happen as a natural part of this process.
