(BLOWER DOOR TESTING) On the Original House

In this video we did a BLOWER DOOR TEST on the original house pre-construction of the SACRAMENTO PASSIVE HOUSE. Dave Barnes joined us to help us through the process of how the blower door works and the benefits of doing the test. We learned that the home owners did do some AIR SEALING where they found issues with air penetrating into their home. We'll go through the whole process of setting up the BLOWER DOOR, and investigating where we found air coming into the house from all different parts of the house.
