San Pablo esta alrededor de 4 horas de Cusco y se reconoce como la capital de la bandurria. Hasta alli llegue buscando este sonido....sabia que en algun lugar de Cusco estaria la que se vendria conmigo a California. Ahora con Omar, mi hermano, les entregamos una muestra del canto cusqueño. Mis agradecimientos a todos quienes me hicieron participe de sus actividades y me recordaron o reenseñaron lo profundo que puede ser la vida cuando le damos tiempo al arte y a la espiritualidad...Gracias! San Pablo is a small town about 4 hours from Cuzco. It's known as the capital of the "bandurria". I got there early one morning looking for this sound and instrument .... I knew that somewhere in Cuzco I would find the "bandurria" that was going to return with me to California. My brother, Omar, quickly got the tuning down and thus we are able to play this song from Cuzco. My thanks to all who made me part of their activities which reminded me how deep life can be when we give time to art and spirituality ... Thanks!
