We're getting stinky, as we jump, wade and swim through the mandatory sewer level in order to get to the sick ward for a check-up, if the old heart still pumps. • Boots of Jumping can be utilized quite a bit to save some time in this level, if wanted. • If wanting to save even more time, you could just easily grab Skull Key in the 'boss'-room and be on your way forward. • There's a bunch of underwater activity involved in this level, so you might want to try to save your Diving Suit, whenever possible. (...and have an easy button to do all of that disabling/enabling of the suit, while underwater.) Issues: The level doesn't have much of any major issues, but... • Few wall-textures linked to 4th secret's bed, move up/down along with the bed's movements. • Life Seed -secret requires some fiddling with the turn wheels to be revealed, while being underwater. • Fight with the spider can feel quite poor, when the spider spawns its broodlings underwater. You won't see any of the spiders underwater, you might have trouble getting your view underwater and you'll still get attacked in the water, because the water is at such a shallow level in the room. ...but this is more of an opinion, of course!
