I'm starting a podcast // The Compassion Club

Hello everyone! This is the announcement of my new podcast, The Compassion Club! New episodes will be released every Tuesday! The intention behind this project is to create a space where we can have vulnerable conversations, connect on our struggles, and create a deeper human connection. The word 'compassion' has been constantly appearing in my life and is what I truly believe will help make this world a better place. This is a safe space for you to know whatever you're going through is normal and you aren’t alone, it’s all apart of the process. I want to help assist in giving yourself permission to express your deepest emotions and embrace your most authentic self. I will be having real, raw conversations with amazing guests, along with solo episodes to dive straight into all types of topics revolving around navigating life in this crazy modern day society. Anywhere from relationships, confidence, traveling, health, shame, healing, literally anything about the human experience. There will be an audio version on all podcast platforms, along with the video version on Spotify and YouTube!!
