Visiting the carnival grounds to see a few more rides set up. This time we are focusing on the Bertazzon Swing Carousel carnival ride set up. 🎡Check out all our ride setup videos:    • Behind the Scenes at a carnival   This particular model is a Bertazzon GS 11,00/64 This is also commonly called the Wave Swinger, however "Wave Swinger" is actually the version built by ride manufacturer Zierer. (Similar to the way Kleenex is a brand not a product) The main difference between the two is the Bertazzon ride is pushed up with hydraulic cylinders, the Zierer model is pulled up with cables. I'm fascinated by the way carnival rides are engineered to fold up and stow away for storage and travel and I seem to learn a new trick with each ride.
