This brave participant shares her transformative journey with the Breakthrough Group, overcoming self-confidence issues in both her personal and professional life. She initially was looking for help with self-confidence because of criticism from others - particularly from her workplace. This only intensified her situation, and her lack of self-confidence grew to a point of desperation. She knew she needed to change. She first attended the Introductory Taster Evening, and this convinced her that the Sunflower Effect Courses would be worth her travelling a long distance to attend the Breakthrough Group in London. The skills learned during the courses enabled her to conduct training sessions at work whilst doing the course - where she could see the progress she was making. She went on to participate in Breakthrough Plus to do deeper work.
