Hi everyone!!! Hope you enjoy watching this episode of fish head curry. This curry is really good with rice, string hoppers or even bread or on its own. The best kind of fish for this curry is fatty white fish like mullet or kind fish and even salmon would go really well. This was requested by so many of you guys after you had watched the episode of THE FOOD RANGER where my friend Trevor and I goes into a beautiful village in Galle Srilanka and have one of the best fish head curries i have ever had.
