At the end of the speech, Zelensky jokingly apologised: ‘Sorry I'm not in a suit.’ This is a reference to the situation in the Oval Office in Washington, where during a meeting with Donald Trump, Zelenskyy was asked when he would wear a business suit to official events again and if he had a suit at all.
