Those who are furthest forward have passed our safety team up in Hut 1 at Tjaktja. After just over 12hrs of racing those leaders are already around 25km ahead of those at the back. Temperatures have been mild all day and the hard surface on the snow has made going fast, but as the northern lights begin to make a show over the course, the night time temperatures are dropping fast.
