The Italian destroyer branch is largely looked down upon and - I think - misunderstood. If you build her like the preceding ships, she plays very similarly as they do with a slight handicap (her detection radius). If you want a glimpse of your future, you can build Cuniberti to resemble what life will be like in Adriatico and Regolo at Tier IX and X, respectively.
