These two bundles are critical to taking care of all the moving targets in your life. The appointments and date-specific tasks you have to deal with as well as the content of the people you're going to encounter. Bundle #3: Calendar Using one sheet for each week, I recommend creating some standard format. Your calendar needs a place for: 1) week-specific information you need to know on that week (not before the week), 2) appointments and other time-locked tasks (not time-blocks that aren't essential), and 3) tasks which cannot be done before the scheduled day and probably should not be done after, either. Bundle #4: Agendas Isn't it annoying when someone texts you every five minutes with something they need your input on? Don't be that guy. Create one sheet for each meeting or person where you need to discuss something. As you prepare for meetings (or as thoughts related to those meetings come to mind), record them on the appropriate sheet. During the meeting or conversation, your agenda sheet becomes your notes for the conversation, and after you're done, drop it into your Inbox Bundle to process when it's time.
