In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, and semolina until smooth. 2. Let the mixture rest for 20 minutes so the semolina can absorb moisture. 3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). 4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. 5. Bake for about 40 minutes, until golden and set. 6. Serve warm with sour cream or fruit jam. Mulled Wine 🍊🍷✨ Ingredients: • 1 cup orange juice • Orange slices • Cinnamon stick • Star anise • Cloves • A pinch of black pepper • 1 cup red wine Instructions: 1. Pour the orange juice into a small pot. 2. Add orange slices, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, and pepper. 3. Heat over low heat for 15 minutes, without boiling. 4. Add the red wine. 5. Warm gently for another 5 minutes, again avoiding boiling. 6. Serve hot and enjoy the cozy winter aroma! Orange Crinkle Cookies 🍪🍊 Ingredients For the dough: • 150 g unsalted butter, softened • 180 g sugar • 1 egg • 1 tbsp orange zest • 50 g fresh orange juice • 325 g all-purpose flour • 1/4 tsp salt • 1 tsp baking powder For coating: • Powdered sugar Instructions 1. Zest the orange and squeeze out the juice. 2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with sugar until creamy. 3. Add the egg, orange juice, and orange zest. Beat again until smooth. 4. Gradually add the sifted flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until a soft, pliable dough forms. 5. Pinch off small portions of dough (about the size of a walnut), roll them into balls, and coat each one generously in powdered sugar. 6. Place the dough balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 7. Bake in a preheated 180°C (350°F) oven for about 18 minutes, until lightly golden and cracked on top.
