2026 KLX300 Test Ride - The First Road Registered Kawasaki 300 for Australia. With Zero kms on the New ADR approved KLX300, I wheeled it out the front door and took it for a burn. All thanks to Twidale Auto & Motorcycles in Goondiwindi QLD Australia. Straight up I noticed the seat height was a bit tall but pretty close to being spot on. The seat felt comfortable, and the ergonomics also felt good. Firstly, was a bit of open road before heading into the bush to tackle some good offroad stuff. Braking and suspension also felt strong and good carrying my 95kgs around. If you ride with the engine revs in the mid to high area it gets moving along pretty well for a stock bike straight off the showroom floor. Overall, I was impressed with the bikes looks, handling and suspension (no need for upgrades). The footpegs felt a bit small for me when standing up in work boots. Power delivery was smooth of the bottom and with the thermo fan to keep the engine temp cool it would be the ideal bike for trail rides, farm work, even for the towny to ride out to those favorite spots for a morning ride. #kawasaki #klx300 #australia #bikelife #adventurerider
