The Timesavers 22 Series provides a robust and solid deburring platform for any dry grinding process chain. The Timesavers 22 Series is configurable in three different working widths, 900mm-1280mm, and with up to three tooling units. In this video you can see the Timesavers 22 Series with a 900mm conveyor width and two grinding units. In the first grinding unit, the Timesavers 22 Series here uses an 80 grit abrasive cloth belt. The Timesavers 22 Series uses this to grind the primary burr of the workpiece. The next grinding unit is an oscillating deburring disc unit of the Timesavers 22 Series. Four QUICK 260x2 Hero deburring discs from boeck are used to finish the edge and surface of the workpiece. You will also see a quick clamping system for the deburring discs. Quick clamping adapters are firmly screwed to the tool holder of the Timesavers 22 Series and thus enable a quick tool change in the literal twinkling of an eye. In this video, the Timesavers 22 Series is equipped with the "HERO" deburring plate variant. Compared to the standard version, the Hero version allows the Timesavers 22 Series to be run at up to three times the feed speed, with the same deburring result.
