✓ This is our 1st ever visit to PittaGoras, to quote them; they say their food is: "Delicious with Mathematical Accuracy". The delicious vegetarian wrap we had; used an authentic pitta bread imported from Greece, the grilled cheese they use is another import from Greece to which they add the following: Tzatziki (Yoghurt, Cucumber & Garlic Sauce), Lettuce, White Onion, Tomato, Manouri (Greek White Cheese very similar to Feta), Chips, Salt, Oregano, Paprika, Tomato Ketchup. The stall is named Pitta Goras, their "play on words" name is inspired by the great Greek Mathamaticial Philosopher Pythagoras. There is no secret to the recipe & preparation because the guys here make their Hellenic wraps in full view of you.
