Today’s video is all about the details that make the biggest difference — edging and leaf blowing around Hebburn Park 🌿 Over the past few months, I’ve been slowly working my way around the park, cutting back years of overgrowth and restoring the paths and edges. These small maintenance jobs might not look dramatic, but they completely change how the park feels — clean, welcoming, and cared for. In this video, I’m working from the main entrance up to the cannon and memorial area — one of the park’s most recognisable landmarks. The cannon and Boer War memorial have stood here for over a century, commemorating local men who served in South Africa. You’ll also see me uncover a forgotten little path that once led toward Ellison Hall — a small reminder of how much history lies beneath the surface here in Hebburn.
