This podcast is designed to bring you the latest insights and innovations in immersive health and wellness technology. This episode features Lance Loesberg, CEO·BigLook360 Lance Loesberg is recognized as one of the pioneers of VR technology with over 25 years of extensive hands-on experience in developing innovative, immersive content and enterprise solutions utilizing VR systems and technology. Loesberg's achievements include launching the world's first commercial immersive VR 360° video application in 1999. He spearheaded the production of the first multi-camera 360° VR live stream at the Academy Awards and led the inaugural VR production at an NBA All-Star Game. As the creator of the Total View Camera System (T-Cam), Loesberg has also developed IntegroVR for brain injury rehabilitation, Pro41VR for athletic training, and MapPro360, an online spherical video mapping solution. He has continued to lead VR solutions used for experiential marketing, training, entertainment, healthcare, sports, promotion, tourism and geo mapping. He is responsible for hundreds of VR titles and content productions for companies such as AT&T, Verizon, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Wal-Mart, BMW, Ford, Infinity, Pfizer, Alcoa, NBA, MLB, ABC, CBS, Dallas Cowboys, Bechtel, Kiewit, National Safety Council, MS Society, TRESemmé, including the 360° VR live streaming of several other major events. Prior to founding BigLook360, Loesberg was a co-founder and Executive Director of San Diego, California based Decision Sciences Corporation (DSC). He was instrumental in the development of DSC with its core focus of developing 21st century technology to detect potential nuclear threats and counter terrorism. Under the direction of Homeland Security, DSC has deployed and installed its container and content, cosmic particle technology detection system worldwide. Loesberg’s career has included service as North American Director for VR pioneer Virtuality; Executive Vice President and board member for publicly traded VirTra Systems, Inc. and Co-owner and President of National Food Products, Inc. Lance Loesberg earned his BS degree from Arizona State University.
