I’ll post a Google Support Article here for those that need help creating a channel — https://www.google.com...​ CLAIMING - To Claim, post the Box Number Francis shows in the Live Chat. This number will only be shown after Francis has briefly gone over the Box. Please claim in the Live Chat during the Premiere as we might miss your claims otherwise. Claiming is on a first come first serve basis, and though your name may appear first on your screen, it unfortunately might not be the case. Please wait for the Toprock Gemstones and Minerals account to confirm your claim. All claims will be posted into the YouTube comment section after the premiere. For late claims you are welcome to email us at liveshow@toprocks.com, message us on any social media platform, or comment in the YouTube comment section. All late claims will be timestamped according to time claimed. Late claims are only open for 12 Hours after the premiere. After 12 Hours, Live Show Products are processed and should be up on the website within 2 - 3 business days. SERVER WARS Unfortunately not everyone is in the same place or has the same connection, devices etc as everyone else. We therefore try to change servers every Premiere in order to try and even out the playing field. We know it can be frustrating when you are left behind due to lags or servers. Francis and I will always try to have each and every YouTube Sale Clients back. Please feel free to pop us an email with feedback, stock you would have liked to have claimed but couldn’t and we will see what we can do for you. We are always open to suggestions and are continuously growing our Live Sale platform. On our website, toprocks.com, we have a Live currency converter but for obvious reasons that is not possible on our YouTube Sale tags. We therefore convert from South African Rands to US Dollars using the exchange rate of that date’s Premiere, and round up. ACCOUNTS To open an account with us please email us your email address, shipping details, contact number and name to liveshow@toprocks.com. If you already have an account with us but have not bought from the YouTube Sale, please pop me an email with your email address. INVOICING Orders usually go out within 24 hours - the next day - of the YouTube Sale, except for Saturday shows, where orders are sent the following Monday SAST.
