The lecture covers the following key areas: • Centre’s responsibility in cases of internal disturbance within a State • Directions of the Centre to the State under Article 356 and Article 365 of the Constitution of India • Concept of Federal Comity – relationship of trust and faith between the Centre and the States • Special status of certain States • Tribal Areas and Scheduled Areas under the Indian constitutional scheme The discussion is structured strictly as per the Mumbai University LL.M. syllabus, with emphasis on constitutional provisions, judicial interpretation, and exam-oriented understanding to assist students in developing strong analytical and answer-writing skills. #LLM #MumbaiUniversity #ADSLC #IndianConstitutionalLaw #Federalism #Module1 #Unit1
