This easy beef doner recipe is perfect for both beginners and food lovers — the texture is tender, the taste is rich😋, and the aroma will make your kitchen smell amazing! this homemade kebab recipe is guaranteed to be a family favorite. 🍽️ Ingredients For the Kebab: 1 kg minced lamb or beef 250g grated onion ¼ cup yogurt 1 tbsp grated garlic 1tbs ginger paste 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tbsp dried parsley 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp cayenne pepper ½ tsp cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp ground cardamom 1/4 tsp ground cloves For the white Sauce: ½ cup mayonnaise ½ cup yogurt 1 tbs chopped parsley ¼ tsp black pepper -1 tbs chopped cucumber salt to taste 1 clove grated garlic For the red sauce 1/4 cup yogurt 1/2 tsp red chili paste 1/4 tsp ginger paste 1/2 tsp red chili flakes salt to taste 1/4 tsp lemon juice To assemble the sandwich Pita bread or flatbread Sliced onions Fresh parsley Tomatoes Summac Pickles 👩🍳 Instructions 1. In a large bowl, combine the minced lamb, minced beef, grated onion, yogurt, garlic, and all the spices. 2. Mix well until everything is evenly blended. 3. Spread the mixture over parchment paper and roll it tightly into a log. 4. Place the roll in an oven-safe dish and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (450°F) for 15 minutes. 5. Drain any excess juices, unroll the paper, and place the meat on a baking tray. 6. Broil for about 5 minutes or until browned and slightly crispy. 7. Brush with melted butter and slice thinly — just like restaurant doner kebab. 9. Assemble your sandwich: spread sauce on doner bread, add the meat, vegetables, and a drizzle of hot sauce. Enjoy! Doner kebab bread recipe: 🍞 4 cups of all-purpose flour 1 cup of milk (500 ml) 1 Cup of warm water 1/4 cup of oil 2 tsp yeast 1 tsp salt To apply: A tablespoon of yoghurt One Egg Yolk Half a tea glass of water (if the yogurt is thick) ➖Knead the ingredients required for the dough well in a large bowl and leave it to ferment. Let it ferment for at least 2 hours. Knead the fermented dough again and ferment it again for another 45 minutes. Then divide the dough into 35 equal pieces and let it rest for 20 minutes again. ➖ preheat the oven to 250° ➖ starting from the first dough we made, put it on the tray, flatten it by lightly touching it and spread the yoghurt mixture on it. Bake in a preheated setting of 250° for 10 minutes.
