Today we're in Pátzcuaro, Michoacán. A town that has gotta be one of the nicest pueblo magicos in all of Mexico. The day started early with a breakfast of fortified wine and raw quail eggs before heading up to the highest point in town for an incredible view over one of the world's highest lakes. We then jumped into a minivan back to town and got ourselves a tasty traditional lunch with a lovely view. They say if you visited Pátzcuaro and didn't try their pasta nieves you didn't visit Pátzcuaro at all. We got ourselves a giant cup of refreshing nieves and spent the rest of the day people watching in the central park, I can confirm the nieves here is fantastic.
