However, his legendary career was accompanied by numerous injuries that stemmed from the intense physical demands of his training. Ronnie Coleman, the iconic eight-time Mr. Olympia, has unveiled his pool rehabilitation routine to aid in regaining mobility and strength as he works towards walking again. His program incorporates four exercises that harness the low-impact advantages of water therapy. The first exercise, High Steps, involves taking 35-40 steps per session, repeated across 5-6 sets, to enhance range of motion and leg strength. Next is the One-Legged Stand, held for 20-30 seconds per leg for 5-6 sets, prioritizing balance and stability. Floating Flutter Kicks are executed for five minutes per leg, boosting core and lower body endurance. Finally, Seated Single Leg Kicks, alternating legs for five minutes, build strength and coordination. These exercises exemplify Coleman’s unwavering resilience and determination in overcoming physical challenges, inspiring countless admirers. In addition to his stem cell treatments and poolside rehabilitation, Ronnie Coleman visited Abu Dhabi earlier this year to begin red light therapy, along with acupuncture and cryotherapy. These treatments were recommended by Dr. Ismail to help reduce inflammation. Coleman’s recovery journey has been a long one, but he has stayed determined to walk again. He recently shared an update on his health, expressing hope that he will be walking within two years. The clinic noted that Coleman needs to undergo treatments regularly to remain pain-free, as stem cells, like all cells, can deteriorate over time. Although they couldn’t guarantee that he would walk again, they assured that his happiness, health, and overall quality of life have improved. While it’s uncertain if Ronnie Coleman will walk again or not, staying pain-free is a huge achievement for the champion with an indomitable spirit. #ronniecoleman #bodybuildingmotivation #bodybuilding
