It is time to strengthen your arms and tone your abs! We will use dumbbells to work out the upper body and core to build muscle, burn calories, and lose fat all in 20 minutes! This workout is perfect at home when you are short on time or after a fresh cycling workout! We will work the shoulders, biceps, triceps, back, chest, and core for a solid burn! You will need dumbbells for this strength workout, I will be using a light, medium, and heavy set, listen to your body, and use weights appropriate for you. We will work through each exercise for 30 seconds and take recovery for 15 seconds. While working take each exercise at your own pace, take breaks, modify as needed, and focus on form. REMINDER!
