This was recorded at the last Girl Boss event where some of the girls had literally never tried or only ever tried with someone else Now I get that all over social media everyone will tell you that in order to get a 🍑 You MUST thrust But not everyone is ready or confident with that as yet Which is why it’s important to understand what OTHER exercises you can do in the meantime I was been fortunate to have been taught the correct technique back in 2014 doing it 3x a week for a masters research study!
