It is the southernmost tip of India and the Indian subcontinent, and is surrounded by the seas of three sides, the Arabian sea on the east, the Indian ocean ahead and the Bay of Bengal on the west. Kanyakumari is a famous tourist destination most noted for its beautiful sunrise and sunset and the 'Sangam' that is the confluence of the three seas. Every human being has a traveller hidden inside. India being a vast country is very rich in cultures, Heritage and traditions also. There are many places to explore. The number of such places is so huge that a lifetime can be short to visit all those. Being a Journalist for more than three decades, I have travelled vastly, especially through the East and North-East India and witnessed the rich heritage and vivid traditions which are still unknown to the people living in Rest of India and World.
