Crispy Pepper Shrimp | Salt & Pepper Shrimp | HK Shrimp

This crispy Pepper Shrimp is known as Hong Kong Shrimp at Trinbagonian Chinese restaurants. This tutorial shares my take on this tasty, spicy dish. Happy cooking and eating!
