It is a project of the Royal Government of Cambodia through the Phnom Penh Capital Administration Cambodian Overseas Investment [ OCIC ], planned to spend 36,775,000 USD with a construction period of 36 months. The First Longest Flyover in Cambodia is Preah Monivong Flyover project. It located at the intersection of Samdech Techo Hun Sen Blvd., Preah Monivong Blvd. and Royal Cambodian Armed Forces Blvd. in Khan Chamkar Mon and Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh. The following are the technical specifications of the first and second floors of the Preah Monivong Flyover: There is a circle at the intersection that divides the branch into 4 different directions on the main road The 1st floor of flyover has a round bridge at the intersection of four branches of Samdech Techo Hun Sen Blvd., Preah Monivong Bridge, Preah Monivong Blvd. and Royal Cambodian Armed Forces Blvd (Street 271). Traffic direction: Two-way road between Preah Monivong Blvd and Samdech Techo Hun Sen Blvd. The 2nd floor of flyover has length 1,200 m x width from 14.00 m to 15.80 m, height: 5m. It is longest than other 8 flyovers.
