◁◁ A functional tiny comic book store! The 10x10 lot challenge was a bookstore but I engaged my inner geek to design and build a nerd shop! Inspiration came from Stuarts Comic Book Store from The Big Bang Theory and I’m hoping Leonard and Sheldon would be happy hanging out here! This has a lot of content from Sims 3 University as the comic items came with that expansion pack however I used all expansion packs and a lot of nerdy and geeky CC!
