I returned to the Scottish Highlands at the beginning of September to continue with the Scottish National Trail from Morvich. The plan was to try and complete the northern sections of the route in about 12 days to finish at Cape Wrath. Unfortunately due to the rough terrain, the weather, the time spent filming and extra bothy visits, it took much longer than expected. I did however make it as far as Inverlael over the course of 7 days before stumbling into Ullapool where I finished up. I shall hopefully return in the spring (If I'm still alive) and complete the remaining stages between Inverlael and Cape Wrath (and between Peebles and Milngavie). In the meantime I now share with you my 7 day wayfaring journey from Morvich to Ullapool. I will be posting 1 episode per week, probably every Thursday.
