Ingredients which we have used to make this muffin👇🏻 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup Litchi crush 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup fresh litchi, peeled, pitted, and chopped (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the cups lightly. 2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Ensure they are well combined. 3.
