Hi everyone!! 🧡 Do you want to see that extra pump at the end of your butt workout?? Finish strong with this 5 MIN GLUTE BRIDGE BURNOUT WORKOUT that will make feel that extra burn at the end of butt/leg day! 🔥 For that extra burn, I highly recommend doing this workout with the addition of a booty band. This will help not only add that extra burn, but will also help you target the side of your glutes more intensely. For optimal results, I highly recommend doing this workout as a last workout at the end of your butt/leg day as it is meant to be a burnout workout. For this video, you will also notice that I have included a few tips and reminders to help you execute the movements correctly and get the most out of the workout (but most of all to remind you to always thinking about squeezing your glutes – it truly makes a difference when you consistanly think about it!).
