Rimmel London shows you how to get a Victorian Gothic look for Halloween! To get the look start with a matte powdered base by applying Stay Matte Foundation in Light Porcelain. Next apply Kate Eye Shadow Stick in Deep Amethyst all over the eye lid blending up into the socket line to create sunken looking eyes. Add Scandaleyes Shadow Stick in Blackmail to the root of the top and bottom lash line and blend into the Deep Amethyst. To further intensifying the eyes add the Shadow Stick in Blackmail to the inside waterline and Scandaleyes Volume Flash Mascara in Black to the lashes. To add a pop of colour layer on Apocalips Matte in Meteoric Matte to the centre of the lips and soften the outer edge using the foundation.
