[TAS] Kakyoin vs Death 13 | Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Heritage for the Future

Canon matchup between Kakyoin and the debug character Death 13! Death 13 isn't a normally playable character and because his scythe disappears after 1 round, I had to use debug mode to get it back. Also don't mind the slight amount of techable combos, they look really cool and Death 13 doesn't have much combo creativity. This TAS uses a modified version of the ROM. The only things altered in it are color palettes of characters, HUD, and the ability to choose Death 13 through the character select screen. Otherwise, it is the same as the regular game.
