In this video we delve into the abandoned foodforests of the golan hights- just near the israel-syria border, and discover how they may hold the key for a trully harmonious agriculture which our anccestors practiced. with the generous help of our teacher for today, Amit Pompan, a dryland orchards expert, we'll learn exactly how to recreate these foodforests. As a personal note- I wish the people who planted these trees would still live there to enjoy them. it's very sad for me to realise they were violently displaced through war.
