Citroen Relay Knocking noise for Citroen and Stellantis internal use

This is the noise of the engine. it gets worse as the engine gets warmer throughout the day. Please use the comment section below to ask any questions regarding the matter and if more information is needed. PLEASE NOTE This has been in for these problems on 5 different occasions totalling 28 days, 28 days which i have lost money not being able to work (because i have no van, only to be told there is nothing wrong because they "plugged it in for a software update" its clearly the hardware and not the software causing the issues, I also got told "because its a first time fix they cant just throw parts at it" and this was on the last visit. The fifth visit and 28 days or my van being in for repair and they are still not prepared to change any parts. How bad does it have to get before they will actually try to resolve the issue?
