With this, it is reported that there is no positive progress in the talks. యెమెన్‌లో మరణశిక్ష పడిన కేరళ నర్స్ నిమిష ప్రియ ఉదంతం భారత్‌తో పాటు అంతర్జాతీయంగా చర్చనీయాంశంగా మారిపోయింది. తోటి వ్యాపార భాగస్వామిని హత్యచేసిన కేసులో ఆమెకు మరణ శిక్ష పడింది. ఎలాగైనా ఆమెను శిక్ష నుంచి బయట పడేయాలని చేస్తున్న ప్రయత్నాలకు అడుగడుగునా అవరోధాలు ఎదురువుతున్నాయి. భారత్‌కు చెందిన మత పెద్దలతో పాటు మన విదేశాంగ శాఖ అన్ని రకాల ప్రయత్నాలు చేస్తున్నా ఒక అడుగు ముందుకు రెండు అడుగులు వెనక్కి అన్న చందాన మారాయి. భారత కాలమానం ప్రకారం.. యెమెన్‌లోని సనా సెంట్రల్ జైలులో బుధవారం మధ్యాహ్నాం 12 గంటల ప్రాంతంలో నిమిషా ప్రియకు శిక్ష అమలు చేయనున్నట్లు అధికారులు ప్రకటించారు. ఈలోపు చర్చలకు తొలిసారి తలాల్‌ కుటుంబ సభ్యులు ముందుకు రావడంతో శిక్ష వాయిదా పడింది. నిమిషకు మరణ శిక్ష చివరి నిమిషంలో వాయిదా వేయించడంలో సఫలీ కృతం అయినా, బాధిత కుటుంబం బ్లడ్‌మనీకి గానీ, శిక్షరద్దుకుగానీ అంగీకరించలేదు. దీంతో చర్చల్లో సానుకూల పురోగతి కనిపించడం లేదని సమాచారం.
