Let go of any tension in your shoulders… your jaw… your hands. Now, bring your awareness to the present moment. There is nowhere to be. Nothing to do. Simply be here, now. As you inhale, imagine breathing in peace. As you exhale, let go of control. Feel yourself surrender to this moment. If thoughts arise, acknowledge them… and let them drift away, like leaves floating on a river. There is no need to hold on. Everything is unfolding as it should. Whisper to yourself, "I surrender. I trust." Feel the weight lifting from your heart. Feel yourself opening, softening, allowing. You are safe. You are supported. Whatever is meant for you will come. Whatever no longer serves you will gently fall away. Take one more deep breath in… and as you exhale, let go completely. Surrender to the flow of life. When you’re ready, slowly bring awareness back to your body. Wiggle your fingers, your toes. And when you feel ready, gently open your eyes.
