Death by Audio Absolute Destruction - [Bass Demo] - ANOTHER (rare) PEDAL THAT LIVES UP TO ITS NAME!

The guys from Death by Audio were nice enough (!!!) to send me their Absolute Destruction pedal... What is it, you’ll ask?!?... It's gain (which to me is fuzz) and overload (which to me is saturation) to the next-next level... You have just two knobs (love that, already) which separately control the amount of fuzz and of saturation you inject into the signal... When you increase either one, you get more of it... When you combine them... well... do you really wanna know?!?... To me, the fuzz alone sounds like a huge muff... add the saturation and you're into Moog 107 / sawTooth wave territory... until the whole signal breaks down (as if your batteries were dying out)... So awesome: love it!!! I figured the best way to demo it would be to play with the knobs, from zero to blast, while noodling aimlessly up and down pentatonic mindlessness... so that you hear all the sounds it's capable of... However, this is such a unique and weird pedal that it's hard to imagine it in context (to imagine how it could be "useful")... So, I figured I should also find my "favourite" sound (one of) and play something with it... I went for a very glitchy option (75% fuzz + 25% saturation) and added a bit of delay... As to what I played, just wait for it!!!... Hope you dig it!!!...
