Hello Friends!! Assalamualaikum In this video we will do estimate of hexagonal room by center line method. First of all we will find 4 distances- 1. Center line distance of wall 2. Total length of outer super-structural wall 3. Total length of plinth line & 4. Total length of outer side of roof These distances will be helpful in determine the main items of estimate. The items to be calculated are as follows- 1. Excavation 2. Concrete 3. Masonary In Foundation 4. D.P.C 5. Masonary In Super-Structure 6. R.C.C. 7. Lime Concrete 8. Plaster R.C.C. & Lime Concrete are to be calculated by calculating the required area & then multiplying the required area with the depth.
