Being a self employed individual, prospecting forms the bulk of the business. Coming into the Real Estate industry as an ex-financial planner, I prospected for clients using the same approach only to find that it is NOT EFFECTIVE. In this video, I covered a little bit about the differences in terms of prospecting for clients in both industries and how to be more effective in the zero-cost prospecting methods.
