Cuchulainn and Ferdia at the Ford Trailer

Fire Performance and Irish Mythological Storytelling. Developed in collaboration with Candlelit Tales, this is the trailer for a breath-taking retelling of a tragic episode from the great epic of Irish mythology, the 'Táin Bó Cuailgne' - the Cattle Raid of Cooley. This story centres on the relationship between Cuchulainn and Ferdia, two great warriors and blood brothers. This unique version weaves fire performing, choreography and acting into the narrative and reintroduces this 2,000 year-old myth to modern audiences in a way that is vibrant, playful and alive.
