Cook apple for 10-15 mins till they are soft and have left their juice. For The Crumble: Cold salty butter in cubes 200gms White flour (maida) 1-1/2 cup (one & half cup) Sugar 1/3 cup Brown sugar 1/3 cup Method: Mix it well, while breaking the butter. It should be powdered texture. Set the apples in apple pie on any oven dish, and then spread the flour mixture evenly on top of the apples. Bake it in a preheat oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 mins. For The Caramel Sauce: Sugar 1/2 cup Cream 1/2 cup Butter 2-3 tbsp Method: Take a pan and add in sugar, when it caramelized & turns, liquid & brown & bubbles start appearing. Slow down flame to the lowest & add in cream & butter (gently & continuously) cook it for a min. Scrumptious sauce is ready. Vanilla Ice Cream (optional) Prawn Malai Curry: Ingredients: Prawns 500 gm Bay leaves 2-3 Onion (sliced) 1 small Onion paste 1/4 cup Ginger paste 1 tsp Garlic paste 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Cumin powder 1tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Green chillies 4-5 Coconut milk 1 cup Water 1 1/4 cup Roasted cumin 1 tsp Coriander leaves 2 tbsp Method: Put oil in a pan, then put 2 bay leaves, then add onion 1 small, sliced in oil... sauté until light brown, then put onion paste 1/4 cup + garlic paste 1 tsp + ginger paste 1 tsp + turmeric powder 1/2 tsp + cumin powder 1 tsp + red chilli 1 tsp... mix well & add little water in it… add salt 1 tsp then saute for 5 to 6 mins. Add little coconut milk then add prawns 500 gm… put green chilli 4 to 5 paste. Put coconut milk 1 cup & then water 1/2 cup… cover the lid & keep it for 5 to 6 mins, then garnish with roasted cumin 1 tsp& coriander 2 tbsp. Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie: Ingredients: Water 1 cup Banana 1 Cocoa powder 2 tsp Peanut butter 1 tbsp Honey 1 tsp Husk 2 tbsp Vanilla essence 3 drops Ice cubes few Yogurt 1 cup Method: In a blender add all the ingredients together. Blend it well until well combined. Pour in the serving glasses and serve.
