We travel through the Olympic Peninsula and down to the Oregon coast, stopping briefly at Ruby Beach before crossing into Astoria and continuing on to Cannon Beach. From skipping rocks on the beach to wandering around Cannon Beach, this stretch of the Pacific Northwest never gets old. We end the day hiking through the forest and finding lobster mushrooms, chanterelles, and hedgehogs — a reminder of how alive this place feels.
