White Almond Sour Cream Wedding Cake Ingredients 1 (18 oz) boxes white cake mix 1 cup cake flour 1 cup granulated sugar 3/4 tsp salt 1 1/3 cups water 1/8 cup veggie oil 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon almond extract 1 cup sour cream 4 large egg whites Directions 1 Place all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir together with a whisk. 2. Mix all wet ingredients (except water) in large mixing bowl. 3. Mix dry ingredients into bowl of wet ingredients, interchanging with the water, so it never gets too dry or watery. 4. Pour into greased cake pans, filing each pan a little less than half full. Bake for about 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
