This is a terrestrial orchid which means you'll need to grow them as potted plants but they should not be grown in heavy clay soil. They need well-drained media, such as orchid mix, succulent mix, or any porous media. They love full sun or else you won't get desired blooms. Water them well as they require a sufficient amount of moisture around their root zone but do not overwater them as it will lead to root rot. Throughout their growing season use NPK 20 20 20 once a week. You can use mustard cake solution or ground nut cake solution. Also, use micronutrients twice a month for better results Leaves can be suffered from fungal infections similar to black spots so be careful. Take a preventive measurement by using any fungicide once a month. Discard infected leaves to avoid contamination of the same. Repot the plant once it gets heavily pot-bound.
